Per the encyclopedia:  A licensing agreement is a legal contract between two parties, known as the licensor and the licensee. In a typical licensing agreement, the licensor grants the licensee the right to produce and sell goods, apply a brand name or trademark, or use patented technology owned by the licensor.

The Technology Interest group meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at the North SA Chamber Board Room.  It is a brown bag networking and leadership lunch where individuals can share their technology interests, ideas, and solutions ? no geek requirements needed and it promotes B2B relationships. The committee meeting is open to any North SA Chamber member, no fee assessed and remember to bring your lunch.
