About Us

ICF-SA is the voice of professional coaching in Metro San Antonio. We educate leaders to help make well-informed decisions about applying coaching to improve outcomes. Our work is grounded in the International Coaching Federation training and Code of Ethics - the global gold standard of professional coaching.

With a cadre of 80 ICF-trained or credentialed professional coaches, many with decades of business and leadership success, we are uniquely positioned and excited to give back to our community and help transform San Antonio through the power of professional coaching.

We support Chamber-wide initiatives and programs through pro bono workshops, training, executive and professional coaching, and educational or motivational speakers.

We support individual organizations through strategic relationships at one of three levels: Chapter Sponsor; Chapter Partner; or Chapter Alliance.
