About Us

Salveo Direct Care is a Direct Primary Care and Lifestyle Medicine practice wherein patients pay a monthly membership fee for enhanced access to their personal physician. Dr. Prisiliano and Dr. Monica Salas are Board Certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and Dr. Sharvari Parghi is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Lifestyle Medicine; all 3 physicians are passionate about their patients' wellness journey. Salveo Direct Care offers individual membership plans, family plans, employer-sponsored and executive health plans as well as specialty consultations for health optimization, hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, testosterone, thyroid) and health coordination services. There are two levels of membership to choose from - Salveo Core Plus and Sponsored plans. The pricing structure is simple and transparent, as it should be.
