Broadway Bank Announces New Officers & Promotions

Tamara El-Amin has been promoted to compliance officer in the Broadway Bank Enterprise Risk Management Department. She joined Broadway Bank in April 2009 as a loss prevention specialist and was promoted to a regulatory compliance specialist in January 2012. El-Amin is treasurer of Broadway Bank Toastmasters Club. Prior to joining Broadway Bank, she worked as a loss prevention investigator in the financial industry for seven years. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in accounting. 


 
Erika Lanciault has been promoted to vice president, systems & innovation manager in the Personal Banking Department with more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Lanciault joined Broadway Bank in 2007, as a training officer in the Learning & Development Department and was most recently serving as retail systems manager, assistant vice president in the Personal Banking Department. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Brownsville. 



 
Francine Piña rejoined Broadway Bank as a marketing communications services officer in the Marketing Communications Department, serving as the line of business interface for Private Banking and the Austin Market. Piña has more than ten years of experience in advertising, communications, marketing and public relations, specifically in the financial industry. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and a Master of Arts in administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. Piña actively volunteers at Holy Spirit Catholic School. 



 
Natasha Rowan has been promoted to banking officer, market manager at Broadway Bank Randolph Air Force Base Banking Center, where she has served as the banking services manager for the past eight years. She began her career at Broadway Bank 11 years ago at Brooks City-Base and Lackland Air Force Base banking centers as a personal banker. She has a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix. Rowan is from a military family and is familiar with the lifestyle, customs, traditions and ranks of service members.
