Broadway Bank promotes D'Layne Rhynsburger to Human Resources Director

D’Layne Rhynsburger has been named executive vice president, director of human resources overseeing talent acquisition and management, employee benefits, leadership and organizational development, wellness and the “In Good Company”culture.

Rhynsburger began her career at Broadway Bank in 1996 as vice president and market manager at the DeZavala Banking Center.  Later that year she was promoted to loan support manager and in 1999 was named senior vice president. In 2007, Rhynsburger was promoted to loan portfolio and services manager, most recently  working as executive vice president, director of core operations. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and has worked at banks in San Antonio, Beeville and Bryan, Texas prior to joining Broadway Bank.
