Doug Skiba has over 25 years of professional IT experience including “Big 5” and boutique systems consulting to a variety of industries. He has spent the last 20 years focused primarily within the Financial Services sector where he lead software engineering and professional services for a leading Internet banking and bill payment vendor. He joined Frost Bank in 2008 and is EVP, IT Architecture & Strategy. Doug has responsibility for shaping the bank’s strategy for cloud computing adoption, SOA, legacy modernization, web/mobile application development, collaboration, and digital transformation.
