About the Company: eESI (eEmployers Solutions, Inc.) was established in 1999, and is based in San Antonio, with a national presence. From human resources to payroll administration to employee benefits, eESI can consolidate and handle all of the non-productive and non-revenue producing activities for a company, so they can concentrate on their core business. As Business Development Manager for eESI, Lisa is focused on consulting with businesses to provide services to help them increase profitability, maximize employee productivity, reduce time in transactional human resource duties, and reduce employment related liability that will ultimately lower labor costs.

About the Program: The Networking Breakfast is the city’s original and largest networking event. Hosting nearly 100 attendees on the second Tuesday of every month, the breakfast promotes networking and member visibility by offering attendees the chance to introduce themselves and be a featured speaker at an upcoming breakfast. This year, the Committee’s focus is to bring topics and speakers to the breakfast that pertain to our local San Antonio community, to include infrastructure, healthcare, and education. This breakfast is a great opportunity for ANY business to get abundant exposure.

Personally Speaking: Lisa has been involved with the North Chamber for almost ten years. She served as the first chair of On the Horizon in 2013, in 2010 as the chair of the Enterprising Women’s Conference, along with assisting with sponsorships and the ATHENA Award selection process for the past 5 years. Lisa is also Leadership Lab alumna, class of 2009. “The North Chamber has been an excellent resource for me, both professionally and personally. The North Chamber has also given me endless opportunities to be more involved with, and to give back to my community,” says Lisa.
