About the Company: Chris Monroe serves as the Director of Season Ticket Retention at Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) and has been with the organization for 12 years. Chris and his team are primarily responsible for the retention of Spurs season ticket members and they build relationships through a service-oriented approach to loyal clientele.  They provide value through benefits and experiences personalized to help members accomplish their goals in owning season tickets. With the Holt family’s vision and guidance, the Spurs organization has established a culture founded on three core values: integrity, success and caring.

In addition to the Spurs (NBA), SS&E includes the Stars (WNBA), Rampage (AHL), Austin Spurs (NBA G-League), San Antonio FC (United Soccer League) and events & concerts at AT&T Center and Toyota Field.

About the Council: The Membership Council focuses on the growth of North Chamber membership through new member development and retention. This Council’s foremost goal is ensuring member satisfaction and orienting members with the chamber’s organizational structure and participation opportunities to encourage involvement and a return on their membership investment

Personally Speaking: Chris has been on the North Chamber Board for three years and the Spurs have been members since 1974.  SS&E actively participates in many programs including Leadership Lab – where Spurs employees have the opportunity to complete the 9-month professional development course and implement lessons learned back within their departments.  Chris says “The Spurs and the North Chamber have been teammates in helping San Antonio grow for more than 40 years.”
